For many years since its opening in 1975 the 12-storied building named \"Dom molodyozhi\" (the House of Youth, or LDM- the Russian abbreviation of the name) has been a very popular place with the уoung locals for various leisure facilities located there. It is still a popular place though many new modern leisure centers were opened in the city recently. At present LDM , which is also a hotel, offers its visitors not only different dining facilities, but a fitness center, billiards, a bowling, a discotheque, a 1,500-seat concert hall and 2 conference rooms.
