Equipment ***
* As the chairs in the Glass Hall are screwed to the floor, the other set up style is not possible.
** The Oak room can seat up to 300, but only 120 chairs are available.
*** Because the palace has no conference equipment of its own, the conference organizers face with the problem of renting it (and the furniture too!) with some specialized agency.
