Day 1 |
Arrival in St. Petersburg, welcome by Comintour' tour escort, transfer to the hotel*), check in, dinner. |

Day 2 |
Breakfast, sightseeing tour of the city, visit to the Peter & Paul Fortress, lunch in a downtown restaurant, tour of the Hermitage. |

Day 3 |
Breakfast, trip to Pushkin, tour of the Catherine's Palace, lunch, proceed to Pavlovsk for a tour of Emperor Paul' Palace, dinner in a city restaurant, transfer to the railway station to board a night train to Petrozavodsk. |

Day 4 |
Arrival in Petrozavodsk by a night train from St. Petersburg, transfer to the hotel 'Severnaya' (or 'Masks'), breakfast, sightseeing tour of the city, visit to the pivate gallery 'Dolls' House', transfer to the passenger port of Petrozavodsk to take a hydrofoil to Kizhi Island. The trip takes 1 hour 20 minutes across the Lake Ladoga.Tour of the unique museum-preserve in the open air. In fine weather tourists are invited for a picnic in the forests arranged with a folklore program. Raft sailing can be arranged in the Shuya river. A Russian bathhouse can also be visited. Return to Petrozavodsk ca. 22:00. |

Day 5 |
Breakfast in the cafe of the hotel, checkout, at 09:00 departure to Belomorsk, 397 km away. Visit to the natural preserve 'Kivach' to admire the largest plains waterfall in Europe. Picnic with tea, rich buns and rolls is arranged on the site. Lunch is served in the hotel 'Gandvic' in Belomorsk. Boat trip across the White Sea to the Solovetsky Archipelago (3,5 hours). Transfer to the hotel 'Solovki'**), check in, dinner at the hotel restaurant. After dinner tourists are invited for a walk along the seashore to visit the restored labyrinths. |

Day 6 |
Breakfast in the cafe of the hotel, sightseeing tour 'History and architecture of the Solovetsky Monastery', its territory, the Cathedral, towers and necropolis in its premises. Lunch in the cafe of Solovetsky settlement. A guided walking tour to the boat station (2 km), excursion by scull boats (4-5 persons in each) along the Smaller Circle of the lakes and canals system to see the hydro technical structures of the monastery (canals, locks, piers and dykes as well as the Botanical Garden, the country house of the Archimandrite and the monuments of the Makariev wilderness. Return to the hotel, dinner at the hotel restaurant. |

Day 7 |
Breakfast, checkout, transfer to the passenger port to return to Belomorsk by m/s 'Belomorye' (3,5 hours). Arrival in Belomorsk, lunch in the cafe of the hotel 'Gandvic' or packed lunch. Trip to Zalavruga to visit the famous sites with rock glyptic. Dinner at the cafe of the hotel 'Gandvic, checkout, transfer to the railway station to take a night train to St. Petersburg |

Arrival in St. Petersburg early morning, breakfast in a downtown restaurant, transfer to the airport. Departure |
