The Palace of the Princes Beloselsky-Belozersky situated at the corner of Fontanka Embankment and Nevsky Prospekt is a typical mansion of an affluent aristocratic family. Its facades are executed in the style of the mid-18th century mature Russian baroque. The Palace's central staircase and most of reception halls and rooms are decorated in the styles of Russian and West European baroque and rococo of the first half and middle of the 18th century. Now the Palace hosts exhibitions, concerts, festivals, conferences and other cultural events.
